1. Your Information - What do we collect? Information collected by VetStop may include: name, address (postal & delivery), phone number, email address, company name, password (designated by you). Also collected from transactions is ordering history and email correspondence.  Note: VetStop does not collect or store credit card information - these transactions are between the customer and our payment processor (eWay)
   
   

2. How we collect information? - Information is collected directly from you when subscribe to VetStop or when you place an order. No information is gained from outside sources.
   
   

3. How do we use this information? - at VetStop we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information collected about you in accordance with the National Privacy laws. The information we have is used for:
   

   • Accurate addressing for delivery of goods purchased

   • email contact with you for order and payment confirmation during transactions with VetStop

   • (at your discretion) notification of new products, specials, web site up-dates, newsletters etc via email contact. If you do not wish to receive correspondence there is an opt out link at the bottom of every email
     
     

4. When is it disclosed? - As we use a third party for secure payment processing some information is passed with this transaction. The information we have collected from you is not sold, loaned or rented to any other parties – it remains the property of VetStop
   
   

5. Accuracy of information – information is stored exactly as it as entered by you, but can be changed by you at any time
   
   

6. Your right to access to your personal information. You can access and change your information we have stored at any time by logging in and following the ‘change details’ link
