of use - Revolution (active ingredient: selemectin)
is applied to the back of the neck of your pet once each month to treat the
following parasites:
Safety - Revolution provides unsurpassed safety for you and your pet. It
is safe enough to be used on puppies and kittens from 6 weeks of age and
can also be used in pregnant and lactating females. You won't need to wear
gloves to apply it like some other topical products
Handling & Bathing - Revolution will dry quickly (~15-20 minutes)
from which time you can handle your pet. It won't leave an unpleasant odour or
greasy residue. Revolution is water fast which means your pets be bathed or
swim only 2 hours after applying it without reducing it's effectiveness.
How does it work - As soon as Revolution is applied it is absorbed into the
blood
stream where it prevents heartworm. It then moves into the intestines where it
treats
intestinal worms (in cats) and out on to the skin where it controls fleas, ear
mites
and sarcoptes (in dogs). This protection then lasts a whole month.
