$ 45.95

Flea and tick control for dogs 20 - 40kg packaged as a single tasty chew

Bravecto contains a new compound Fluralaner which belongs to a innovative class of parasiticides. It is a potent inhibitor of flea and tick nervous system. The particular channels in the nerves it affects exist in arthropods, not in mammals which means it has a high safety margin in dogs.

Benefits
  • It is presented as a highly palatable, easy to administer chew - studies show more than 91.7% of dogs accept Bravecto voluntarily
  • Controls fleas for 3 months with a single dose
  • Controls the deadly Paralysis Tick (Ixodes holocyclus) for 4 months
  • No mess to administer, no liquids, no spot-ons, no sprays to spill or transfer, no skin irritation
  • It is ideal for active dogs with a love of swimming, or dogs with skin conditions that require frequent bathing, due to its systemic activity
  • Fits easily into gastrointestinal worming programs where treatments occur every 3 months

Bravecto for Fleas

Barvecto provides effective flea control within 8 hours of administration and continues to kill new fleas within 8 hours of them getting on your dog over the next 3 months. This means the flea dies before it has fed enough to lay eggs.
Several trials in Australia, Europe and USA have demonstrated that one dose of Bravecto provided substantial reduction in clinical signs of flea allergy dermatitis.

Bravecto for Ticks

Bravecto will provide paralysis tick control for 4 months after dosing. It also offers effective control of pre-existing attached paralysis ticks (Ixodes holocyclus) within 24 hours of oral treatment. Bravecto will also control brown dog tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus) for 8 weeks.
In tick season daily searching for and removal of any ticks found is recommended. Due to the systemic nature of action of Bravecto, dead attached ticks may still be seen on animals following treatment.
